Adventure Southland is able to offer individuals or groups of any size and ability adventures within
Southland and Fiordland. Our base at 810 North Rd Invercargill is home to our challenge ropes course
offering team building, high ropes, climbing, abseiling, flying fox and ultimate archery. If you are looking
for activities further afield such as kayaking, caving or tramping our fantastic instructors are able to guide
you to some amazing spots, to allow you to push your limits, face your fears in a safe, fun and supportive

We are a group for all the people in Southland who enjoy parkour & free-running.
Our mission is to develop and promote the safe practice of parkour in Southland.
Encompassing philosophies such as "Be strong to be useful" Parkour is about fast efficient
movement using the capabilities of the body to overcome obstacles.

Primary School Pickleball (Yr 4-8)
4 week introduction to the fun, new game of Pickleball for Year 4-8. Its a
combination of badminton, tennis and table tennis. Rules are simple, its easy
to learn, can be played by any age and its a lot of FUN!
